PIQ Tracking Form - Staff Request for Job Review

The University's Office of Human Resources advises that every staff employee has the right to have his/her job reviewed by the Employment and Compensation Division when substantial change has occurred in the position.

It is important that staff who request that his/her job be reviewed know that every effort is made to ensure that the PIQ form is forwarded to the College’s Office of Human Resource Services after being reviewed by their immediate supervisor and academic or administrative unit leader. The College's Human Resource Office is responsible for coordinating all job review activities with the Employment and Compensation Division and maintains files of all job review requests that are forwarded from the College's work units. Thus, to ensure the staff job review process is being handled in a fair and equitable manner across the College, once you have submitted the completed PIQ form to your supervisor, please forward the below information to the Kim Evancho, Office of Human Resources, 307 Ag Admin Bldg.

In situations where work units have not followed the appropriate steps in the job review process, Human Resources will periodically review these incidents with the Office of the Dean.
